Project: Spring Grove Mixed Use

Location: Spring Grove, MN
A 51,000 sf mixed use / multifamily building on a downtown gap site to replace a building previously destroyed by fire. The project signifies a confident move to reinvest in the town’s downtown core with replacement of retail space, office, and both long and short-term residential accommodation. The façade respects the scale of the existing street context and meshes subtle articulation with different material finishes to create a respectful and dignified contribution to the town. A shared outdoor roof deck extends the program area and offers outdoor relaxation opportunities to building residents.
